Lasting Images Framing was established in 1991. In 2002 we made the move to our new home in Shorewood, IL. Most of our clients come from Shorewood, Joliet, Plainfield, Channahon, and Minooka but we are happy to serve anywhere. Many of our clients travel great distances to come to us and that is a good feeling. It speaks volumes to our service when you see them coming back again and again.
Its sad to hear stories about other frame shops, especially large chains, where the employees did not seem to care about the customer and their framed work. Sometimes there seems to be too much focus on up-selling the order and making the quick buck. At Lasting Images Framing there is nothing more important than the customer's needs. After all, if what they need framed wasn't important they would not come to us in the first place.

A story of a happy customer
We once had a customer call us about a print she had custom framed at another shop. She was never very happy with the frame or mat she received. We asked her to come in so we could show her some alternative options and help her find something she liked. We spoke one-on-one with her and discussed her style and placement of the piece. Together we decided on a softer, more neutral look. When she came back later to pick up her re-framed print she was totally amazed with the transformation. The next day she called us to say how spectacular it looked in her kitchen. According to her, before the print had little to no impact and was easy to ignore despite its large size. Now, it was the focal point of her room and it simply made her smile every time she looked at it.
